Ella Franz is a senior on the Olentangy Berlin girls tennis team.
Ella finished 29-1 overall this season with her only loss coming in a Division I state semifinal; however, she bounced back to win the third-place match. Ella also had to rally from a first-set loss in a state quarterfinal. In addition, Ella won sectional and district championships. |

Sam Evans is a senior on the Worthington Christian boys golf team.
Sam completed a sweep of the postseason by winning the Division III state championship Oct. 16 on the OSU Scarlet Course. He shot a 149 to win by six shots. His total was the best by any boys golfer, regardless of division, at the state tournament. Sam also won sectional and district championships. |

Audrey Ryu is a junior on the Dublin Jerome girls golf team.
Audrey shot a 2-under 138 over two rounds on the OSU-Scarlet Course on Oct. 23 to win the Division I state title by a single stroke as the Celtics finished third overall. Leading up to the state tournament, Audrey was the medalist for the OCC-Cardinal Division and second at both sectional and district tournaments. |

Nate Severs is a sophomore running back on the Big Walnut football team.
Nate rushed for 215 yards and 6 touchdowns last Friday as the Golden Eagles completed a 10-0 regular season with a 45-24 win over Canal Winchester. For the season, Nate has rushed for 1,855 yards, averaging 8 yards a carry, and has scored 33 touchdowns. The Golden Eagles open the Division II playoffs tonight as the top seed in Region 7 and host to Olentangy. |
